		Register for 2010 Online!

You can register online for the 2010 season in 6 easy steps:

	Review fees, terms and conditions, and provide the player's birth date.
	Select between fundraising options, review final fee.
	Input player/parent information, print/mail parent consent.
	Print/mail: Consent to treat your child form; Copy of birth certificate (if applicable).
	Confirm player and parent information.
	Pay using PayPal ($5.00 transaction fee).
