MOD Pizza Reedville Day

Attention Reedville friends and family, MOD Pizza has graciously given us an opportunity to host a Reedville Day and will give back 20% of sales on March 14th to our program! Spring Registration

Welcome back Reedville families! Our Spring registration is now open. We are transitioning to a new format, so please follow the link below to register. Can't wait to see the familiar faces and meet some new ones!

Registration Fees

Pee-Wee - PreK/K: $175.00
Rookie - 1st/2nd: $190.00
Minor - 3rd/4th: $300.00
Junior - 5th/6th: $340.00
Senior - 7th/8th: $380.00

***please note that we  have decided to roll our yearly fundraising costs in to the registration cost, for the 2021 season***

Family Registration Discount
If you are registering more than one child, you will receive a $25 discount on subsequent children.

2021 Minor and Junior Evaluations

Greetings Reedville Family!

 

Update: Evaluations location changed to Ron Tonkin Field

Evaluations for ALL Minor level players (3rd/4th graders and 2nd grade players looking to play up), and Junior (5th and 6th graders) registered for the 2021 season, is now set. Players who participated in the January 30th evaluations and were placed at the Junior Fed level, will not need to attend. 

Please read below for more information:

Location: Ron Tonkin Field, drop off and check in will be at main entrance and pickup will be at right field exit.  

Who should attend? ALL Minor level players (3rd/4th graders and 2nd grade players looking to play up), and Junior (5th and 6th graders) registered for the 2021 season. Junior players who participated in the January 30th evaluations and were placed at the Junior Fed level, will not need to attend. 

Schedule:  Please make sure to arrive during the designated check in times.  

All Juniors level players and any Minor players with last names between A and G 
Check in - 9:00am
Session begins - 9:15am
Junior Player Pickup -  11:00am
Minor A through G Player Pickup 12:00pm
 
Minor Level players with last names between H and Z
Check in - 1:00pm
Session begins - 1:15pm
Player Pickup - 4:00pm
 

What to Bring: Baseball glove, baseball bat, batting helmet and cleats, turf shoes (no metal spikes!) and a mask. 

What to Wear:  Neutral clothing is required. Players cannot wear clothing that identifies them by name, number, or previous team.

Notes for the Day:

  • Parent and players will arrive to the designated drop off and proceed to the Registration table for check in and a temperature check (players experiencing symptoms or recent exposure to COVID 19 will not be allowed for evaluations in to Ron Tonkin Field)
  • Participants will line up to enter the facility at the Main Entrance (signage already on the ground for distancing). FOLLOWING SOCIAL DISTANCE GUIDELINES IS REQUIRED
  • Masks are required to be worn, and worn properly at all times while in the facility.
  • Players need to be prepared for the weather as we are not allowed indoors. Could be rainy, it will be cold.
  • Parents and family members will not be allowed in to Ron Tonkin Field.  We have a strict limit on total humans allowed. Players will only be able to enter the facility at their designated session time. 
  • Please do not congregate outside the stadium. Please wait in your cars in the parking lot, or leave the premises.
  • After evaluations are completed, player pickup will be at the right field exit of Ron Tonkin Stadium
